What types of mobile homes do you buy?

Do I need to make repairs or clean the home first?

No. We buy as is. Leave behind anything you do not want to take with you and we will handle it after closing.
Are there any fees or commissions?

Zero. There are no agent commissions, no listing fees, and no closing costs charged to you. The number we agree on is the number you receive.
How fast can you close?

Most closings happen between 7 and 21 days. If you need it faster we can usually accommodate. If you need more time, we work on your schedule.
How do you decide what to offer?

We look at the year, size, condition, location, whether the home is on owned land or in a park, and recent comparable sales in your area. Then we present a fair written cash offer with no obligation.
Do you buy mobile homes in parks or only on private land?

Both. We regularly buy homes located in parks as well as homes on private land or acreage.
What if I still owe money on the home?

That is common and usually not a problem. We can coordinate with your lender or park to pay off the balance at closing.
What if the home has tenants, code issues, or back lot rent?

We can still help. We have purchased homes with tenants in place, title issues, missing titles, code violations, and unpaid lot rent. Tell us the situation and we will work through it.
What if I do not have the title?

Not a deal breaker. We will even buy without a title as long as you can prove ownership. We will help you sort out the paperwork at closing.
Do I have to accept your offer?

Are you a real estate agent?

No. Titan Property Investors is a private real estate investment company, not a licensed broker or agent. We buy directly with our own funds.
What areas of Arkansas do you serve?
