Usually the title (or deed if the home was retired onto land), a photo ID, a bill of sale, any lien release, and park transfer forms when the home is in a community.

Can I sell a pre-1976 mobile home in Arkansas?
Yes, but a pre-1976 home is a cash-only sale. It predates the HUD code, so lenders will not finance it, insurers are limited, and most parks will not accept it as a relocation, which narrows the buyer pool to cash buyers who keep it where it sits.
